I believe God made all men and women to be free.
But here’s the big question: How do we maintain individual freedom while living in communities filled with a variety of lifestyles, opinions, values, and views? The answer lies in American-style representative government. Our Founding Fathers painstakingly distilled principles that support a lifestyle of freedom when they formed our Constitutional Republic.
They gave We the People the power to elect representatives at all levels who would come together, discuss, negotiate, and legislate. Our elections are a powerful tool of freedom that deserves our informed attention and protection.
You were made to be free. I was made to be free. Let’s live it, Wyoming! Freedom is a God-given right; maintaining freedom and handling it responsibly is a blessing each generation can give to the next.
Donna Rice is running for the Wyoming Legislature because she believes in American exceptionalism and Wyoming. In this 250th year since our nation’s founding, we are called to affirm and revitalize the principles of freedom that have made America great and unique in human government.
As a middle school student, Donna discovered politics through her social studies teacher at Dean Morgan Junior High. As a high school student at Kelly Walsh, she observed the Wyoming Legislature in action while on a school trip to Cheyenne. In her late 20s and early 30s, she attended law school and discovered a love for our great US Constitution. Now, as a grandmother watching over the future of those she loves, she feels the call to participate, show up, and stand for freedom, as so many generations before her have done.
Donna humbly seeks your vote on Primary Election Day, Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
